Terms & Conditions — win4ds

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the win4ds platform. This age requirement applies universally to all Players, including those accessing the platform from Indonesia. win4ds enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.

2.2 Residency. The win4ds platform is designed and operated primarily for players based in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction in which accessing offshore online betting services is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not acting under duress or on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a professional player or agent acting in a commercial capacity without prior written approval from win4ds.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Player Account on win4ds. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the real-money features of win4ds, you must complete the registration form by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). Prior to processing any withdrawal, win4ds requires you to complete its KYC verification process. Acceptable identity documents include an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), an Indonesian passport, or an equivalent government-issued photo ID. win4ds may also request proof of address and proof of the payment method used to fund the account. Documents must be clear, unaltered originals and submitted in a supported digital format (JPG, PNG, or PDF).

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. win4ds will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify win4ds support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Player Account at any time by contacting win4ds customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. win4ds reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, following prior written notice to the registered email address.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. win4ds accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the e-wallet services OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No foreign currency conversion is applied; all transactions are conducted entirely in IDR. win4ds does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, although your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are generally credited to your Player Account within minutes of confirmed receipt. win4ds is not responsible for delays attributable to the banking system, scheduled interbank maintenance windows, or force majeure events beyond our control. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Player Account and are subject to change at win4ds's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed in full. win4ds targets a processing time of under 30 minutes for the majority of withdrawal requests submitted during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7, Monday to Saturday). Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours, on Indonesian national public holidays, or subject to enhanced security review may take longer. win4ds does not engineer administrative delays to discourage withdrawals.

4.4 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your Player Account, you warrant that those funds are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. win4ds operates AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger internal review thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a deposit that was legitimately credited to your Player Account constitutes a breach of this Agreement. win4ds reserves the right to suspend the relevant Player Account, recover disputed funds, and pursue any outstanding balance through available legal channels.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers published on the win4ds platform are available to eligible Players who meet the specific conditions stated in each offer's individual terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new and existing Players who have completed KYC verification, hold a Real Money Balance, and have not been identified as bonus-abuse risk accounts. win4ds reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses issued by win4ds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. The wagering requirement specifies the total bet turnover (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, or of the deposit plus bonus combined) that must be achieved before the Bonus Balance or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. Bets placed using Bonus Balance on certain game types (as specified in the individual promotion terms) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Each bonus carries an expiry period, after which any unused Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period is stated in the individual promotion terms and begins from the date the bonus is credited to the Player Account. win4ds will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. win4ds employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets with mathematically hedged outcomes solely to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting errors or discrepancies in bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotion outcomes. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Balance and associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to account closure.

5.5 Withdrawal Order. Real Money Balance will be used for wagering before Bonus Balance unless the Player explicitly selects otherwise. Withdrawals are processed from the Real Money Balance only; Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

6.1 General Rules. All wagers placed on win4ds are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event in question, as published in the relevant rules section of the platform. These Terms & Conditions govern in the event of any conflict with product-specific rules unless the product-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

6.2 Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets include pre-match and in-play markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) international fixtures, badminton, volleyball, basketball, MotoGP, and esports. Mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are available subject to the odds and conditions displayed at the time of bet placement. Bets are final once confirmed; no cancellations are permitted after confirmation except in circumstances described in the sportsbook rules (e.g., event postponement or cancellation).

6.3 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws operate on a fixed schedule and use independently verified result feeds. Draw results are final and non-negotiable. Payouts are calculated in accordance with the odds displayed at the time of ticket purchase.

6.4 Casino & Live Tables. Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer tables are streamed from licensed studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG or live dealing process and cannot be altered retroactively. win4ds publishes Return to Player (RTP) figures for all casino games.

6.5 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, win4ds reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Player Account. Winnings generated as a result of a known pricing or technical error are not payable and may be recovered from the Player Account if already credited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the win4ds platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated scripts, bots, data-scraping tools, or artificial intelligence software to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, or compromise the security of the win4ds platform, its servers, or any third-party service provider.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods to fund a Player Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the platform.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so to circumvent single-account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's responsible gaming tools or age verification mechanisms.

8.1 Commitment. win4ds is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes proactive steps to minimize the risk of gambling-related harm. The platform provides a suite of self-management tools that Players can access at any time directly from their account dashboard, with no requirement to contact support for activation.

8.2 Available Tools. Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminder intervals, and cooling-off periods. Full self-exclusion — which prevents all access to the Player Account for a minimum period chosen by the Player — is also available as a permanent option and takes effect immediately upon activation.

8.3 Underage Gaming Prevention. win4ds strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed, and win4ds may request age verification at any point during the account's lifetime. Players who knowingly permit minors to access their account will have their account immediately closed and may be referred to relevant authorities.

9.1 Ownership. All Intellectual Property on the win4ds platform — including but not limited to the win4ds brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, promotional materials, and all text — is owned by or licensed to win4ds. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any win4ds Intellectual Property without prior written consent.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Game titles and associated content are the intellectual property of their respective studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others). win4ds operates these games under valid licensing agreements. Any dispute regarding game software should be directed to win4ds support in the first instance.

10.1 Platform Availability. win4ds endeavours to maintain platform availability at or above 99.7% on an annualised basis. However, the platform is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency security patches, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, and telecommunications failures) may cause temporary unavailability for which win4ds shall not be liable.

10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win4ds's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

10.3 Exclusions. win4ds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if win4ds has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Player Decisions. All betting and gaming decisions are made at your sole risk. win4ds does not provide investment advice, and past winnings do not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss.

win4ds collects, processes, stores, and transfers personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes. win4ds does not sell personal data to unauthorised third parties. All data transmitted between your device and the win4ds platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

12.1 Right to Amend. win4ds reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the win4ds platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4.

12.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms & Conditions supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.

13.1 Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win4ds holds its international gaming license. win4ds operates under a valid international gaming license and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and win4ds, you agree to first attempt resolution through win4ds customer support in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents win4ds from seeking urgent injunctive relief through a court of competent jurisdiction.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
